Leto and Alice will be having a naming ceremony for wee Hania on Arrakis, and if you think your character was invited, they were! But we are having difficulty scheduling it, since the weekends are full with Parents' Weekend, Fall Break, Princess Con, BDE-ing, and the total shutdown of portals and whatnot.
Leto's mun and I just realized that it's entirely possible that, with Alice and Leto having both graduated a while ago, most if not all of the attendees would probably be alumni, at this point. This means that overlapping with one of the weekends of Fall Break might not actually be a scheduling conflict. (PW would still be bad, since Ghani needs to be on-island for students and whatnot, and besides, that's tomorrow.)
Or we could pick a weekday and roll with that.

Alice sat cross-legged on the floor, shuffling cards together and dealing out another hand of Patience. Alice wasn't very good at Patience; she got bored and cheated. One could turn that into whatever metaphor one liked.
It was nearing the end of June, and her stomach had a slight curve to it. Lucky that Alice knew how to sew; she could let out seams and adjust her clothes with bobby pins. Like hell she was going to purchase new clothes, especially not childish pastel ones with slogans. This whole situation was absurd.
Talking with Kate and Jono had helped; texting Leto had been a considerable mistake. And now she had no phone. Alice wondered if it was worthwhile to purchase a new one. He could simply find her new number, couldn't he?
Perhaps she could play Patience until it all went away. She shuffled and dealt the hand out again.
